Savory Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cauliflower rice
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon
  • 1/2 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt, pepper, and chili flakes (optional) to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook cauliflower rice in a pan over medium heat until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
  2. In another pan, scramble or fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
  3. Combine cauliflower rice, cooked sausage or bacon, and scrambled eggs in a bowl.
  4. Top with diced avocado, shredded cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  5. Enjoy hot for a filling and satisfying breakfast!
