Ingredients:
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- Salt, pepper, and chili flakes (optional) to taste
Instructions:
- Cook cauliflower rice in a pan over medium heat until tender (about 5-7 minutes).
- In another pan, scramble or fry the eggs to your desired doneness.
- Combine cauliflower rice, cooked sausage or bacon, and scrambled eggs in a bowl.
