
Keto Egg Muffins

Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: cooked bacon or sausage, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add spinach, bell peppers, cheese, and cooked bacon or sausage if desired. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the egg muffins are set and lightly golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Enjoy warm or store in the fridge for a quick breakfast option!
