
Keto Avocado and Bacon Egg Cups

Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices of cooked bacon, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce or sliced jalapeños for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Halve the avocados and remove the pit. Scoop out a little extra flesh from the center to make room for the egg.
- Place the avocado halves in a baking dish, cutting a small slice from the bottom to stabilize if necessary.
- Crack an egg carefully into each avocado half.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the egg whites are set but yolks remain slightly runny.
- Serve warm with optional hot sauce or jalapeños.
