
Creamy Garlic Mushroom Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add mushrooms and garlic, sautéing until mushrooms are tender.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a simmer. Return the chicken to the skillet, cooking in the sauce for about 10 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
