Baked Lemon-Oregano Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon slices for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and serve with a side of vegetables or a salad.
