
Baked Lemon-Oregano Chicken

Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 lemons (juiced and zested)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon slices for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh lemon slices and serve with a side of vegetables or a salad.
