
Avocado Egg Salad

Ingredients:
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mash the avocado until creamy.
- Add in chopped eggs, mustard, mayonnaise (if using), lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Serve the egg salad on lettuce leaves or in a low-carb wrap.
